
Performance Blueprint was created from a passion for endurance, strength, and long-term athletic development. Through years of coaching cross country and track & field, I recognized the impact that structured training, purposeful progression, and consistent effort can have on performance and personal growth.
My name is Daniel Gutierrez, an ISSA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Running Coach, Head Cross Country Coach, and Track & Field Distance Coach. Performance Blueprint was built to share the principles, training concepts, and development strategies that help athletes and individuals pursue long-term success.
